Our Staff of Designers will assist you with Creative Designs for your
home. Offering in home service, color sessions, room designs, creative
window fashions, Feng Shui and budget planning.

About Us
Utilizing our experience of over 25 years in the interior design trade,
we are dedicated to providing a service that's offers our clients a
complete design system. In commercial as well as residential design
projects, our design team starts with innovative and creative theme plans,
adds practical and technical experience, precise budget planning and
marketing assistance packaged with a dedication to 100% customer service.
We start with the recognition of a design theme. What mood and feelings
are desired and need to be established? What colors, furniture style and
accents would enhance and carry out the theme? Utilizing a proven
navigational system, we establish point A as being the start and point B
as the finished product.
At point A, we ask our clients, "What is the feeling you want to have when
you walk into this room? What theme is characteristic of the feeling/mood
desired? What is the proposed purpose of this interior project? Other
questions are asked depending on the project scope.
Our team moves to point B, the established and complete project. At this
presentation stage, we are able to demonstrate and put a visual on the
desired design outcome. The stages in between include project planning and
research, design theme presentation layouts, cost planning and marketing
direction.
The handling of marketing in interior design has always been an important
component of the design industry but routinely has been ignored in the
past. Recognizing this important role, our Team hones in on the very
purpose of the design plan. What do we want to accomplish? How can we make
that unfold? How can we do it in our clients' projected budget? The
results for our team are a consistent flow of business and clients who are
thrilled and satisfied with the results.
The Creative Design Team works closely with private investors throughout
the United States. We have established an expertise in furnishing both
local and out of state rental properties. Within a well-marketed
development, the key component is this question: Are the buyers buying and
are the renters returning? The most overlooked design aspect is a surprise
element that thrills the first time buyer or renter. Not just a satisfied
feeling but also rather a true thrilled to be here feeling. Not only
committed to coming back but wanting to share their experience with

Now back to point B, the finished product. Our team is dedicated and
purpose driven to provide a saleable design package within our client's
financial budget. Our design team consists of our Technical Design
Manager, Design Project Manager, Creative Manager, Research and Layout
Manager. In addition, we use trusted artisans; Feng Shui consultants and
subcontractor craftsmen.
